Can you build on my land?
Yes. If you already own a lot, we'll look at it with you during the consultation and talk through the site, the house and the budget.
Do you help with house plans?
Yes. Bring plans you love or start from a layout we've built before. We'll help you settle the layout, materials and finishes so the price reflects exactly what you want.
How long does a custom home take?
It depends on the size of the home, the site, the finishes and the weather. We'll give you a realistic schedule for your project before the contract is signed.
How does a construction loan work?
Most new homes are financed with a construction loan that pays the builder in stages as work is completed, then converts to a regular mortgage. Talk to your lender early. We're happy to work with the bank you choose.
Do you take smaller jobs and repairs?
Yes. Along with new homes we do additions, kitchen and bath remodels, decks, garages, roofing and siding, and fire, storm and water damage repairs.
